We post all contracts on NGEM. Create an account to view and bid on active projects.

Submit your bid or proposal
Follow the instructions in NGEM to upload your documents before the deadline.

Get selected and set up
If you’re awarded a contract, you’ll be notified through NGEM. New vendors will be contacted for setup before starting work.
4
Get to work and get paid
We’ll work with you to deliver services and submit invoices through our new vendor payment portal.
