Paratransit Report Card

RTC offers paratransit service to customers with physical, cognitive or visual impairments and are not functionally able to use traditional transit service independently. All who request eligibility for paratransit service must be certified, which may entail an in-person interview and possible functional assessment. Below is a summary of statistics from fiscal year 2025.

A white and green accessible transit bus parked with its door open and a yellow wheelchair ramp extended onto the sidewalk. The bus has large windows and is next to a beige brick building.
