What is RiSE?

If you’re the owner of a local small (LSB) or diverse business (LDB),  RiSE can connect you to RTC-funded contracting opportunities. By becoming RiSE-certified, your business will become more discoverable by agencies looking for firms that are ready, willing, and able to work on infrastructure projects. The mission is to expand business opportunities for small,  minority, and women-owned companies on RTC-funded infrastructure projects.

The goal is to award 10% of all RTC-funded projects to local small and diverse businesses.

  • Located in Southern Nevada
