How To Use the App

Download the myRideRTC Para App

Download from App Store   Download from Google Play

If you already have an account, tap “Sign In,” then select “Forgot Password” if needed and follow the prompts to reset it. If this is your first time using the app, please contact RTC Customer Care at 702-228-4800 to start a new account.

Book Your Ride

Select “Origin” and “Destination” by typing it in or selecting it on the map. Also select the number of passengers traveling, the seat type needed, time and date of when the service is needed.

View the negotiated trip options and select the one that works best for you.

Get Ready for Your Ride

Be ready for your trip prior to the start of the trip window. Pay accordingly.
