Paratransit and Accessibility

We provide a range of services to help people with disabilities and seniors travel safely, comfortably, and independently. Whether you need door-to-door paratransit service, a different paratransit ride option, help learning to ride the bus, or support finding the right pass, we’re here to make every trip easier.

Paratransit Service

Our dedicated paratransit service is a shared-ride, door-to-door service for people who are unable to use our local bus service on their own. This could be all the time, sometimes, or just in certain situations.

To ride, you need to apply and be approved. Eligibility is based on your ability to use the bus—not just your disability. The application process may include an in-person assessment with a short practice trip to see how you move, balance, and navigate a bus stop.
