Need a ride in West Henderson or the Southwest Valley?

RTC-OnDemand is a flexible ride-share service that picks you up near your location and connects you to local transit and popular destinations—like grocery stores, medical offices, and more.

  • Book a ride from your doorstep or a nearby spot
  • Rides connect you to local stops and destinations within the OnDemand zone
  • You can also transfer to a transit route to travel outside the OnDemand zone
  • If you’re coming into the zone, you can transfer from a transit stop to OnDemand
  • Customers can book rides starting at $2

RTC-OnDemand lost and found items can be retrieved inside the South Strip Transit Terminal lobby, located at 6675 Gilespie St. The lobby is open 24 hours a day, including holidays.

Book an RTC-OnDemand Ride

  • Book up to 7 days in advance or get same-day service in as little as 30 minutes
  • Current rideRTC transit customers can pay with credit cards using the RTC-OnDemand app, rideRTC app, or cash.

Service Area

View the shaded area to explore the RTC-OnDemand service area.  For transit customers who wish to travel outside the RTC-OnDemand zone, a bus transfer is required.

Book with the RTC-OnDemand App

  • Create an account
  • Select your pick-up and drop-off points
  • Enter your pick-up time, gate code (if applicable) and the number of passengers
  • Provide additional travel information if you are an: ADA passenger, bicyclists, or reduced fare customer

After you book

  • Arrive at your pick-up point five minutes prior to pick-up time
  • Pay your fare or show proof of payment
