Your Voice Moves Southern Nevada

At RTC, we believe transportation works best when it reflects the voices of the people who use it. We partner with residents, neighborhoods, businesses, and community groups to plan for a better-connected Southern Nevada.

Whether it’s shaping future transit routes, improving safety, or building more walkable streets — your input matters.

Community Studies

We’ve got some hot opportunities for you to win fun prizes just by making your voice heard! No matter where you live in Southern Nevada, or how you get around, we want to hear from you so we can help improve your experience. Take the surveys for multiple chances to win gift cards, event tickets, transit passes, and more. Once all surveys close in September, a winner will be announced for either two tickets to a Las Vegas Raiders or Vegas Golden Knights home game!

Safe Streets for All

The Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Action Plan is a community-driven initiative, led by the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada and local government partners, that aims to reduce traffic-related deaths and serious injuries across our region. With input from the community, data analysis, and a focus on safer street design, we’re working to build roadways that protect everyone—whether you walk, bike, ride transit, or drive.

Southern Nevada Strong

Southern Nevada is evolving, and your voice matters in shaping what comes next. Southern Nevada Strong 2050 is a new plan driven by our community to bring more practical housing options, higher paying jobs, and better transportation choices to our region.

Charleston Alternatives Analysis

This project will focus on improvements to Charleston Boulevard – whether you walk, cycle, take transit or drive. As one of the busiest streets in Southern Nevada, we’re looking at how we can improve safety, make transit faster and more reliable, and boost economic development.
