Positions at the RTC

The RTC is an employer of choice. Jobs with Transit Partners

RTC contracts with private companies to operate our buses, provide security, and maintain facilities. If you’re interested in becoming a bus operator, security officer, or maintenance staff, you’ll apply directly through our transit partners.

Bus Operator

Transdev operates RTC’s buses and is hiring operators, supervisors, and support staff. If you’re safety-minded and people-focused, this could be the job for you.

Paratransit Operator

Transdev also operates RTC’s Paratransit service, providing rides for people with disabilities. They hire drivers and staff who care about safety and reliability.

Inter-Con Security Positions

Inter-Con provides safety/security services for RTC transit facilities and buses. They hire officers who are professional, alert, and committed to helping rider feel safe.

RTC On-Demand Drivers

RTC On-Demand connects neighborhoods to main bus routes and local destinations. Tango hires drivers to operate ADA-accessible vans and help riders get where they need to go.
