RTC Announces Transit Service Changes Beginning October 12
LAS VEGAS – The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) will implement a service change on Sunday, October 12, 2025, impacting nearly half of all transit routes across the valley. The updates are designed to improve on-time performance, respond to increased traffic conditions and rider demand.
The changes include:
- Schedule updates on 19 routes to better account for current traffic patterns, road construction, and large-scale events.
- Routing changes on six routes (103, 106, 210, 212, 221, and CX) to better serve residential and retail areas.
- Bus stop adjustments to enhance pedestrian safety by improving access to crosswalks.
- Temporary schedules and detours for select routes (119, 202, 203, CX, and Deuce) during the Las Vegas Grand Prix and other major construction projects.
These service changes will help ensure buses remain safe, reliable, and on time, even during major traffic events like the Formula 1 race.
Riders are encouraged to visit rtcsnv.com/servicechange for complete details, including route-by-route updates, maps, and timetables.
